Join us for a cozy and informative evening. First we will eat delicious healthy food, which as always is made by local enthusiasts who use sustainable ingredients. Afterwards, the Liv I Sundby association will arrange an exciting lecture where Ingrid Slott talks about her freedom fighter family:Ingrid's home in Brønshøj was a refuge for both freedom fighters and Jews. Her father joined the freedom struggle as early as 1942. Her mother ran the home, where many different people came, either because they were persecuted by the Germans or because they lacked a bed to sleep in and a meal to eat. Even though Ingrid wasn't very old, the family had to tell her what was happening. She was given strict orders not to tell her friends, and back then, children did what they were told.
