Learn how to make 10 cream puffs at Frellsen The cream puffs are coated with real Belgian chocolate and decorated according to your choice and imagination. What is included?10 handmade cream buns per participant - 5 with marzipan base and 5 with waffle base that you bring home in Frellsen boxes. Guidance in piping bag technique, chocolate tempering and raw materials. Recipe with info on chocolate and tempering etc. Borrow a dipping fork, apron and other kitchen utensils. Practical information Arrival must take place via the Frellsen store. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the course starts. Duration: 1-1.5 hours (may vary depending on total number of participants).
