Then join Power Up - a safe, fun and free group program for girls in 7th, 8th and 9th grade, where there is room for everyone. Dates: 8 Tuesdays from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM from October 3 to November 24, 2026 - except for the autumn holidays. Here you have the opportunity to express your situation in a community with others who are in a life situation similar to yours. Here there is room for all feelings and thoughts. Here no one is wrong. You become part of a safe and confidential community with others, with whom you can share your thoughts, feelings and dreams. The group is based on mutual understanding, equality and everyone is bound by confidentiality.
