We focus on return journeys, which is a topic that is very important to many adoptees. There are many ways to do it, and at this event you can hear about 3 very different stories. Christina and Maria participated in Sporløs and met their biological mother. They talk about the process of Sporløs, from when they wrote their application until we all got to see their reunion with their biological mother on television. Laura found her biological mother on Facebook. Hear her tell how she made contact with her biological family and later traveled to Colombia to meet them. Finally, Ina talks about meeting her biological mother in Sri Lanka. The meeting was life-changing, but the relationship with the biological mother is difficult, and today they have almost no contact anymore. Ina has worked with international adoption as a PAS coordinator and shares her experiences with return trips.
