More young people are struggling with stress, loneliness and the feeling of never quite making it. But is it the young people who are the problem, or the demands of society? We investigate this in this Thursday Talk with the principal of Mulernes Legatskole, Henrik Vestergaard Stokholm. Based on the book It's not the young people who are mad, it's society and his experiences from the high school world, Henrik Vestergaard Stokholm focuses on young people's well-being, performance pressure, communities and the structures that shape youth life today. This Thursday Talk will also focus on the current debate about social control and what it means for the community when some experience being judged or kept out based on lifestyle, values, or behavior.
