Our Wilderness Gourmet offers a very special combination of nature, food and community The baskets are filled with fresh organic produce according to seasonal availability With cowboy coffee in the mug and the fire in the center, you create your own contribution to the shared taste experience - with plenty of advice and inspiration from our guides along the way. During cooking, you will have the opportunity to experiment with cooking methods such as using a medieval oven and cooking in salt dough, embers, flames and smoke. You can also join us on a small foraging trip where we collect edible herbs and flowers that can add an extra dimension to today's gourmet experience. Along the way, we'll talk about both edible and inedible herbs - perhaps with a few good anecdotes thrown in.
