Free guided tour. Throughout history, people have celebrated both large and small events with parties and rituals. Join us on a festive tour through the Glyptoteket's ancient collections as we focus on parties and celebrations in ancient cultures. Experience stories about Babylon's New Year's celebration, Rome's 'reverse day' and the Athens theater festival - as well as celebrations of a more mythological nature. The tour is free when the entrance fee to the museum is paid. Tour tickets cannot be pre-ordered, but can be picked up at the ticket office on the day. Tickets will not be issued to groups of more than five.
