I will never forget when I went and watered Spanish daisies and geraniums - which no insects visited. That was back then.10 years ago I started paying attention to what butterflies and bees liked. I started reading and nerding out. My view on garden design and plant selection took a completely different turn - a more naturalistic view. I wanted a living garden consisting of beds that were wild - but at the same time beautiful. But how do you do that? Combining wild, native plants and non-native plants with grasses became my path. A mix I'm a big fan of. Today I have a naturalistic garden located in Sjelborg, just outside Esbjerg.
