How does our inner life shape the world we experience? A lecture on consciousness, inner anchoring and self-understanding with a focus on the connection between choice and direction in life. The evening offers presentations and reflection - when the inside shapes the outside How is our inner life connected to the way we experience and shape the world? We often talk about what is happening around us at work, in relationships and in society. But less often about what is happening inside us before we act, speak or make decisions. Yet this is where direction is created in much of what we do. This evening we focus on the connection between the inner and the outer. We examine how thoughts, emotions and attention affect our way of being in the world, and how greater self-insight can create more clarity in our choices and relationships.
