Theme club: Learn more about the future: Man, machine and the uncontrollable

How does technological development affect our understanding of humans, control and the future? In this theme club, the library invites you to engage in joint reflection and conversation about literature that explores the relationship between humans and technology - from classic stories to brand new publications. We read and talk about The Uncontrollable, The Machines Come from Within and Nexus - works that each in their own way examine artificial intelligence, the power of technology and the ethical questions that arise when humans create something they cannot fully control. The theme club is facilitated by a librarian who guides the conversations and ensures space for reflection, dialogue and different perspectives. The offer is aimed at adults and does not require any special prerequisites other than the desire to read and participate in conversation. The library will order books for you and you will register all three times.
