On Friday, October 2nd, we will kick off Green Weeks 2026 at Himmerlands Efterskole. The evening will feature a garden walk in the school's Agricultural Department, a lecture with Nikolaj Kirk and a cooking workshop with chef Dennis Horn, and will conclude with a cozy communal meal. *Your registration applies to both lectures, food workshops and communal dining, so that together we can avoid food waste.
