Are you curious about plant dyeing, kefir, kombucha, mushroom cultivation, sourdough chemistry or other wonderful things from nature - then stop by our open lab and hear more. Working with living creatures can be a slow process - so come by and hear how to get started. We share our experiences, and you can also simply use our gear. There are ongoing workshops and activities - but otherwise, Eat, Grow, Lab is a place you can drop by for sparring and doing things.so if the sourdough cokes or the mushrooms don't grow...
