Through the fun games, baby's balance and body awareness are stimulated and a good foundation is built for the brain's learning. Research shows that it is very important that new parents help their child use their body in play and physical activity so that motor skills are developed as much as possible. Especially in the first year of life, children are completely dependent on their parents' help to do motor skills exercises. And at the same time, it's super cozy to be with your child in this way. Sonja Bomberg from Circle of Mindfulness has many years of experience with children and rhythm. Here she instructs in baby motor skills and shows exercises that you can do with your baby at home. The exercises give your baby the best starting point for crawling, crawling and walking.
