Through the fun games, baby's balance and body awareness are stimulated and a good foundation is built for the brain's learning. Research shows that it is very important that new parents help their child use their body in play and physical activity so that motor skills are developed as much as possible. The exercises give your baby the best starting point for crawling, crawling and walking.
