This evening is created for those of you who love good taste experiences and want to experience how food and cider can lift each other up. Through a carefully composed menu with a focus on seasonal ingredients, each serving is matched with selected ciders and apple juice, so that the flavors blend into a harmonious whole. The evening's hosts are Dali from Roslev Kro and Maureen from Rakkerpak Cider, who will talk about the thoughts behind the menu, cider production and the art of combining food and cider.
