Mead - The Nordic fortified wine! Most people know about European fortified wines; sherry, port wine, etc., but for many, the Nordic natural fortified wine is less well known. Fortunately, awareness and thus popularity are increasing, so more and more people are opening their eyes to what mead can do. At this mead tasting, Smagning.com's own Jakob Bruhns will talk about mead, mead styles and the history of mead. Truths will be revealed and myths dispelled, so that all participants not only leave the tasting with a good taste in their mouths, but also much wiser about what mead actually is and can be used for.
