What to know

Worldviews - how do we see the world, and what does it do to our view of humanity? This year we will be holding the Bent Melchior Prize in the Festival Hall at the University of Copenhagen on November 10th from 7-10 pm. This year's theme is based on the relationship between faith and science, but The conversation goes beyond the question of what we know and how we know it. It is also about the worldviews we use to orient ourselves, and the ideas about humanity that accompany them. When different worldviews meet, not only disagreement arises, but also the opportunity for curiosity, dialogue and new understanding. That is why, with the Bent Melchior Prize 2026, we want to create a conversation about the ideas and perspectives that shape our commonreality - and about how we build bridges across them.
