The Workers' Choir's 5th birthday concert

In the fall of 2026, the Workers' Choir will celebrate its 5th birthday. It will be marked with an evening in the Workers' Museum's banquet hall with a communal singing and concert, led by the choir's conductor and pianist, David Kappel Kosteljanetz. On this special evening, the audience will be involved as we warm up our voices and try out some of the songs that will be included in the new 14th edition of the Workers' Songbook, which will be published later this year. Just as we also have to say goodbye to a few of the songs that didn't make it into the new edition. The Workers' Choir started five years ago at the Workers' Museum, when there was a need to sing a number of workers' songs for a sound installation in the banquet hall. These songs can still be heard daily when visiting the festival hall.
