We begin with a simple Dosha quiz that reveals your basic constitution - which combination of the five elements characterizes your body and mind. When you know your Dosha, many things begin to make sense: why you react the way you do, what you need, and what creates imbalance. From there we move into Dinacharya - Ayurveda's daily health routine - and you will receive practical tools for self-massage, oils, baths and detox that you can take home and use the next day. The highlight of the workshop is a Marma point facial massage: a precise massage technique that activates the body's energy points on the face and acts as a natural facelift.
