Do you need an extra hand with the digital world? Come to Everyday Guidance at Gilleleje Library, where volunteers are ready to help citizens every Thursday Many citizens experience challenges when communicating with the public sector, often via digital self-service solutions such as borger.dk, sundhed.dk or SKAT. It can be anything from applying for housing benefit and updating information on Jobnet to understanding a letter from the municipality or downloading an app on your phone. Every Thursday from 3-5 pm, volunteers are ready at Gilleleje Library to help citizens with the digital questions and challenges they encounter in everyday life. The offer is an expansion of the Everyday Guidance that has existed for several years at the Helsinge Volunteer Center, where more than 250 citizens last year alone received help with everything from job applications to tax matters. No registration required - drop-in.
