Digital Detox in the Heat of the Sauna. In a busy everyday life with many demands and impressions, the mind needs a break. Experience a Digital Detox with a focus on presence, calm and presence in the body. Enjoy 3 different saunagus sessions in our lovely sauna. Practical information:Doors open 15 minutes before event start. We recommend that you change at home. However, there is a possibility of unisex changing under a half roof. What to bring:Large towel for the sauna (must cover back, sitting area and feet)Extra towel for later Swimwear Slippers / flip-flops Bathrobe (can be nice during breaks when you are outdoors)Parking and bicycles:Free parking in the gravel parking opposite the house (not in front of the house)Bicycle parking is available on the property - you are welcome to bring your bike in.
