Signe Schrøder takes us from seeds and old varieties to seasonal ingredients and local food culture. After the presentation, we move from inspiration to action in a green conversation room. We talk about growing your own food, saving seeds, sharing the garden's surplus, and creating local communities around food and cultivation. The evening ends with a walk in the Wild Councilor's Garden, where we explore the plants and perhaps harvest seeds to take home. You don't need a vegetable garden or green fingers - just a desire to join in.
