What to know

Come and dance folk dance with Amager Folk Dancers. Everyone is welcome to join in. First they show us a little of what they can do, and then we get to try it ourselves. You'll get to move your whole body - including your smile and your laughing muscles. We dance from the lighter repertoire to live violin music. Amager Folk Dancers is a small local association that dances every Monday at Løjtegårdsskolen. They dance Danish folk dances to live music. Musical marketplace is part of Tårnby Music Week 2026, which runs from October 24th - November 1st.
