Welcome to my life story, my name is Christine. What am I telling you about? A life with foster care, mental illness, alcohol abuse and homelessness I talk about what it's like to grow up in what is outwardly a well-functioning home, but which for me was devastating. There were many points of no return where someone could have intervened and supported - instead I became a child of the system.
