A sample knitting is a small sketch made in yarn, where you play with colors and patterns before knitting or weaving. It is an activity that involves imagination, experimentation and contemplation. And it creates presence and peace. Author and weaver Astrid Skibsted has turned the weaving test into an art form and published the book The Manifesto of the Weaving Test with photos of 200 weaving tests. In tonight's workshop, we will read aloud from the Manifesto and let ourselves be inspired to weave together. We have all the materials + coffee and tea. Non-Danish speakers are also welcome at the creative workshop; from board book to scrap book. Join us regardless of your skills and practice.
