In this lecture you will gain insight into how the brain works in interaction with others, and also what it takes to maintain overview and energy and avoid stress. Based on 25 years of practical experience as a leader and the latest neuroscience, Susanne Würtz Waltenburg explains how you constantly - and perhaps unconsciously - influence others. She also shows why two people can react very differently to the same experience - and not least what it takes to avoid things escalating. Your ability to engage in positive and constructive collaboration with others requires ongoing effort. And because everyone is different, you can't guess what others are feeling or needing at any given time. Through concrete examples, Susanne Würtz Waltenburg shows how you can help both yourself and others to improve well-being. Regardless of whether you are a manager or an employee, you will also become aware of the signs of declining well-being that you can use to guide your actions. - Date: 12 November 2026 - Time: 19:00–21:00 - Venue: FOF Humletorvet - Address: Humletorvet 27, Copenhagen V, Denmark - Admission: From DKK 160
