Three conversation cafés about spiritual empowerment. We focus on community, preparedness, and our relationship with nature. In the fall of 2026, Frederikssund Library invites you to a series of conversation cafes under the heading "Spiritual Armament" on selected Thursdays between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM. The concept is not about weapons or the military, but about human internal preparedness: our ability to think, reflect, form communities and find meaning in a complex world. Through conversations, literature, reflection exercises and shared experiences, we examine three themes, each of which in its own way points to what makes us robust as people. The conversation cafés are based on Futures Literacy - a method developed by UNESCO that helps us actively use the future as a tool to understand the present and imagine new possibilities. No special qualifications are required to participate - just curiosity and a desire to think together with others.
