Cardiologist Line L. Olesen talks about how everyday activities and communities can strengthen our mental and physical health. Lien L. Olesen talks about habits and how we can break unhealthy habits and replace them with meaningful activities. Line highlights the risk factors of an inactive life and at the same time shows how we can help ourselves (and others) by participating in the many communities in Lejre Municipality, with a particular focus on the activity centers. After Line's lecture, a volunteer and the manager of the activity centers will briefly describe what is particularly in focus and also how we are constantly working to create new and relevant offers and work purposefully with the good reception.
