Experience Gamle Scene in a whole new light You've definitely seen Gamle Scene from the outside. And maybe you've also seen a ballet, an opera or a play from the red plush seats under the enormous crystal chandelier. But Gamle Scene is much more than the performances that change from month to month. It is a house filled with magic, quirky anecdotes, unique works of art, winding hallways, wide elevators, crooked ceiling beams and 250 years of fascinating theater history. You will learn a lot more about all this if you join one of our guided tours. Here you and the rest of the group will be taken by the hand by one of our guides, who knows the house and its history like few others.
