Friday bar in the distillery

What to know

One Friday a month we open the bar in the distillery and kick off the weekend with great drinks, local ingredients and a little bit of what we experiment with. The bar is open for a few hours in the late afternoon, and you can just drop by - there is no registration or table reservation. We keep the drinks menu deliberately simple. You will find a small selection of regular favorites along with the drink of the month, based on our own gin, aquavit, liqueurs and Cocktail Collection. And then there's "What's in the barrel?"Here it will often be based on our Cocktail Collection or a cocktail we just had to try, or perhaps something that never finds its way into the regular assortment. In short: A few pleasant hours at the distillery, a nice drink in the glass and the opportunity to start the weekend with us.
