Lecture in the genealogy café

What to know

The Family History Café is an activity of the Family History Association for Hjørring and the surrounding area. On the first Thursday of the months from September to April, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., the association invites you to a lecture at the Old Town Hall in Hjørring. The lectures cover genealogy-related topics as well as local and cultural history stories. The meetings are open to everyone, and membership of the association is not required. On average, around 30 to 50 guests attend the monthly meetings, and an important event at the meetings is the coffee break with cookies, which always generates a lot of conversation and the opportunity for new genealogical acquaintances. - Date: 1 October 2026 - Time: 14:30–16:30 - Venue: Det Gamle Rådhus - Address: Torvet 6, Hjørring, Denmark - Admission: Free
