One day a tailor stands outside the emperor's door and promises him a magical fabric The clothes made from this wondrous cloth have the property that only the wise and skilled can see them. To everyone else, they will seem invisible. The emperor, suspecting that his subjects are not thinking properly, sees his chance to expose the fools.
