Autumn is truly upon us. The days are getting shorter, the pace can feel faster, and many feel the need to retreat and recharge. RECHARGE is an evening for those who want to create a breather in the midst of everyday life and reconnect with your inner peace, clarity and vitality. Through guided meditations, healing meditation and spiritual inspiration, you are invited to let go of the noise of everyday life for a while and turn your attention inward. Here there is room for silence, presence and contemplation - and to allow body, mind and soul to find balance again. The evening is for those of you who already meditate, and for those of you who simply feel a need for more peace and energy in a busy everyday life.
