Port wine and rice pudding

It's the same question that comes up every year at Christmas - Which port wine should we enjoy with the risalamanden? This lecture may help you on your way. Now, fortunately, tastes and preferences differ, so we have collected various port wines that we believe could be a good companion to the rice salad. This lecture evening, AOF will review and taste 6 different port wines (accompanied by rice alamande and cherry sauce). Along the way, we will generally review which port wines can be enjoyed with different foods.
