Knitting a pattern with several colors on the same needle or round is called the jacquard or fair isle technique. When you knit a pattern, floats appear on the back of the work. If they become too long, they can get caught in fingers or clothes. In the workshop, you will learn how you can avoid long floats and create a beautiful and functional back side of your knitting with the ladderback technique.
