There are no neat edges here - just heavy riffs, hoarse growls and a solid dose of Danish folk tales thrown directly into the audience's heads. Since 2005,BLACK SOOThave been among the driving forces on the Danish metal scene, and their sound is equal parts medieval and moshpit. Bagpipes, flutes and mandolin weave in and out between the weight of the guitars, while drums and bass hold it all in an iron grip. It's raw, it's captivating - and it must be experienced live. The band has played at everything from Copenhagen and Roskilde to Wacken Open Air, and they are known for delivering concerts where the audience doesn't just stand and watch - but is involved the whole way. Here, there is community, sweat and energy in the air from the first to the last note.
