Enjoy a quiet moment while listening to a good story Take a break in the calm atmosphere of the library when our book-loving staff read aloud on the first Monday of every month. The breathing space gives you the opportunity for a quiet moment where you get away from the everyday 'noise', slow down and just enjoy a good story that you might not have come up with yourself - it could be a short story, a poem, or something else that opens "yourinner cinema" and gives you new images in your mind. If you love to make something while you listen, you are more than welcome to bring your knitting, embroidery equipment, drawing pad or other crafts. The reading aloud takes place "Under the tree", which is a quiet area where we can sit between the books and spend a quiet listening hour together in a world that often moves very fast.
