About this event

What to know

Become more efficient, focused and energized Our brain is the most powerful computer ever developed. The brain is able to process incredible amounts of information every second. But in a society where everything is moving faster and faster, the brain has difficulty keeping up. When the phone buzzes in our pocket, the watch vibrates on our arm, and notifications constantly pop up on our laptop, we put our brains to work overtime. Especially if it never gets a break. Because when we don't take breaks, we become less able to learn new things, have more difficulty handling challenges and become less attentive to others. Through the latest brain research, brain scientist tells Troels W. Kjaer, why it's so important to unplug every now and then and give your brain that break. The event is part of Folkeuniversitetet's knowledge festival Hearts & Minds. Find the full programhere.
