A series of workshops that brings people together around singing, the body, and the voice in one of Aarhus’s most atmospheric event venues—The Ballroom on Ny Banegårdsgade, right in the heart of the city The workshop is organized by two prominent musical figures in collaboration with The Ballroom Aarhus. Kristian Bisgaard Kristian Bisgaard is a pianist, composer, and choir director who graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus and has over 25 years of experience bringing the joy of music and singing to all of Denmark He specializes in choral conducting and community singing and has extensive experience in engaging and inspiring people—from young to old, from small groups to large gatherings, and from beginners to the most experienced singers Among other things, Kristian has written three of the melodies for the new folk high school songbook. - Date: 6 October 2026 - Time: 18:00–21:00 - Venue: The Ballroom Aarhus - Address: Ny Banegårdsgade 51-53, Aarhus C, Denmark - Admission: From DKK 85
