Join us in celebrating Mind Day when we gather again for words and music in Herfølge's finest salon, where the ceiling is always high. Peter Øvig - award-winning author The title When I Was Mad is author Peter Øvig's idea and is based on his personal experiences with mental illness and his encounter with psychiatry. The book My Mother Was Obsessed is about his mother's depression and being the child of a mentally ill person. I Am What I Remember is Peter Øvig's story about his own miraculous treatment with electroshock, which cured a deep psychotic depression. Slagger Lund - songwriter and poet As a musical counterpoint and accompaniment, you will have the fantastic Slagger Lund, who himself has been hospitalized as a psychiatric patient several times.
