The healthcare team invites you to discuss baby sleep expectations, what characterizes sleep in the first year of life and what parents can do to improve sleep in the family All the library's maternity cafés offer coffee, tea and snacks. We start at 10 am and end at 11 am, but there is always an hour of social time afterwards.
