Experience a truly special one-on-one banya massage—a sensory ritual in which heat, steam, venik brushes, nature, and breathing work in harmony You lie back and relax on the bench in the warm banyasauna while a trained banyamaster works with heat, steam, and venik brushes made of birch and oak, among other materials The treatment is tailored to you and your pace, so you have time to let go and feel the calm spread through your body. Along the way, we also practice guided breathing so that warmth, breathing, and the banya master’s work become a single, unified experience. The massage itself lasts about 40–50 minutes.
