The evening is a shared exploration of the complex and often overlooked aspects of life with ADHD, told with a mix of personal experience, professional insight and a deep respect for the individual's experience. For many with ADHD, life unfolds in two worlds at once. There is the outer world, where one navigates expectations, deadlines, and social codes - often with a smile and immense willpower. And then there's the inner world: an invisible landscape of intense emotions, a brain that rarely takes a break, and a constant, exhausting effort to keep it all together.
