A love shower for you and your baby Baby massage is not only a wonderful activity for you and your baby - it's also really healthy! When you massage your baby, the love hormone oxytocin is released in your bodies This hormone makes you happy, relaxed and content, while also promoting attachment and strengthening the bond between you and your baby. During the workshop you will be guided by Stefanie Vinther, a trained baby massage instructor You will learn how to give a full body baby massage and how you can use massage and reflexology to treat your baby at home for the most common imbalances: overstimulation, constipation, difficult sleep, snot and coughing etc. You need to bring a changing mat/pee pad and 2-3 cloth diapers.
