Experience paintings by Tine Drivsholm and Pia Buchholtz. Opening August 8th at 2 pm. In the midst of the quiet movements of the landscape, we open a space for perception and contemplation in Galleri Røde Møllevej. In the meeting between hills, light and wind, an exhibition emerges where nature is not only a motif, but also a co-star. We got to know each other at Aarhus Academy of Fine Arts and have shared an artistic legacy that goes back a long way. Our works revolve around being here. A landscape and an awareness. Like botanical fragments or lyrical abstract landscapes, the images unfold in the gap between what is seen and what is felt. Here are stories with open states where the viewer can step in and find their own pace. In the painting process, a special state arises, a joy - a feeling that something has found its own voice. The finished painting is not unambiguous; it speaks, listens and is silent at the same time. The exhibition is an invitation to linger. To let your gaze wander as if in the terrain outside.
