Through guided meditations, healing meditation and spiritual inspiration, you are invited to turn your attention inward and rediscover the inner peace that does not depend on external circumstances. A calm that can be an anchor amidst the demands and changes of everyday life. The evening is for those who already meditate, and for those who simply feel the need to stop and recharge.
