What to know

Do you need a space where you can relax and be creative in a community with others? Then this journaling course is made for you. Author and teacher Puk Hyllested will guide you through journaling on three Mondays - a mix of diary writing, small writing exercises, collages and drawing. You don't need any special qualifications. The most important thing is that you want to join - and to go offline and get some much-needed breathing space for your body and mind. Come and be part of a calm and present space, and create your personal notebook filled with reflections, images and ideas. PS notebook and other materials are included.
