Guided tour of Copenhagen Police Station

Come behind the walls of the otherwise closed building that has been the headquarters of the Copenhagen Police for over 100 years. The building, which was built in the years 1918-1924, was designed by Hack Kampmann and is today considered a neoclassical masterpiece. The tour offers both architectural and historical stories. Experience, among other things, the iconic round courtyard and the square courtyard, which today is best known as the memorial courtyard, and the many long corridors that contain fascinating details. All tours are conducted by current or former police officers. The tour starts at the main entrance of the Police Station towards Polititorvet. Conditions:All participants must be able to show valid photo ID (driver's license or passport). All participants must have a permanent address in Denmark.
