City walk: Visit to the Shoemakers' House

How does a pair of shoes tell the story of craftsmanship, fashion and everyday life over hundreds of years? You'll get the answer when we take a tour of the Shoemakers' House. We delve into the history of the shoemaking profession and experience the unique collection of shoes, tools and machines through time. Along the way, you will hear vivid stories about the craft, the people and the many special shoes that hold stories from the past. We end the tour with coffee and tea. We will meet at the entrance to the museum at Vespervej 40, 2900 Hellerup. Note: Unfortunately, the museum is not suitable for wheelchair users.
