We are holding a bone café in Ebeltoft. This time the location will be: Solbakken, Nørreport 18, 8400 Ebeltoft. There is an elevator to the room on the 1st floor. The bone café will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 from 2 to 4 p.m. Program: ½ hour of exercise: Depending on the weather, either a walk in nature or bone-friendly gymnastics on a chair. Afterwards, there is an opportunity for a chat, regardless of whether the topic is osteoporosis or general pleasantries. Everyone is welcome: members or not. The café is free.
